- Foundation & Scope: An overview of The Cochrane Collaboration, defining research questions, and developing protocols
. - Search & Selection: Conducting systematic literature searches, study selection, and using tools like Rayyan
. - Methodology & Critical Appraisal: Evaluating Risk of Bias, data extraction, analysis, and interpretation
. - Evidence Synthesis: Applying GRADE evidence and findings review alongside RevMan software
